How it works

From first conversation to live orders

Online ordering should not feel like a big IT project. Here is the path from a first chat to guests placing orders and your kitchen receiving them.

Capabilities and availability can vary by region and setup. We confirm exactly what applies to you during a demo.

Three steps: share your details, set up ordering, go live

What is online ordering?

An online ordering system lets guests place pickup or delivery orders through a website, link or QR code, and sends those orders to your restaurant to prepare. This page explains how we typically approach setting it up with you.

Tell us how you serve guests

We start with a conversation: your locations, menu, whether you offer pickup, delivery or both, and how orders should reach your kitchen.

  • Share your menu and photos you own
  • Tell us your opening hours and service options
  • Explain how your kitchen works today

Set up the menu and ordering rules

Your categories, items, options and add-ons are configured, along with order types, timing, payment setup and any offers. We confirm what is available in your region.

  • Categories, items, options and add-ons
  • Pickup and delivery settings
  • Payment options available to you

Go live and manage orders

Share your ordering link on your website, social profiles and QR codes. Orders arrive in your dashboard and can go to a printer or kitchen screen.

  • Place your link where guests already look
  • Receive orders on your chosen device
  • Review reports to improve over time

How it works in practice

  1. Talk to us. Request a demo and tell us about your business.
  2. Set up. Configure your menu, ordering options and kitchen workflow.
  3. Test. Place test orders and check what the kitchen sees before you announce anything.
  4. Launch. Add your link to your website, Google listing, social profiles and QR codes.

Questions about How it works

How long does setup take?

It depends on your menu size, locations and the options you need. We can give you a realistic view during a demo; we do not promise a fixed time here.

Do I need a website?

No. Ordering can be added to an existing website, or guests can use a mobile-friendly ordering page you share by link or QR code.

Can you help move my menu?

Ask during your demo how your existing menu can be moved over. See our checklist for what to gather in advance.
